2024/25 Classroom and Teacher Onboarding

Fill out this form for each teacher, assessor or admin. For example, If a classroom has three such users, you would fill out the form three times for that classroom, one for each user.

TIMELINE: Sept 4th assessment start date. August 28th deadline to enter sites/classrooms to be ready by the 4th.

NOTE: You will need DAISEY IDs when you enter children into the CMS to be provided soon.

It's best to avoid things like "preschool" or "prek" on their own without other information. Try to include the teacher name, AM/PM or anything else that distinguishes the classroom.
